Description
Luxurious 2 bedroom stable conversion nestled in ancient woodland in a secluded area between Mark Cross and Rotherfield. The Shed is separate from the main house and has its own small external space at the front of the building. You will also have access to our woodland camp, where there is a fire pit and rustic seating. The space The shed has an open plan living and kitchen space with corner sofa, log burner, smart TV, kitchen & dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge, small dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and large wardrobe and TV. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed with wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower, shaver point, toilet and heated towel rail. There is underfloor heating throughout and a small cupboard for hanging coats and storing shoes and boots. Guest access The shed shares a large driveway with our family home and has a good size area to park your car. The building is close to, but separate from the house and enjoys an outside seating area to the front. We respect your privacy and that this is your time away, so will not bother you apart from the initial hello to check if you need anything. Guest access During your time at the Shed you will have private access to the camp area, just a 2 minute walk from the front door. This is an area cover by a parachute with a fire pit in the middle and tree stumps for the seating area. There is also a tree swing close to the fire camp and hammocks to enjoy in that area. We also have 5 chickens and you are welcome to help yourselves to fresh eggs during your stay.
