Located in the historic riverside district of Vegesack/Blumenthal, our villa sits directly along the Weser River, a region shaped by centuries of shipbuilding and maritime trade. Vegesack was home to Germany’s first artificial harbor and remains known for its nautical heritage and passing ships. Enjoy peaceful waterfront living, sunset barbecues on the large balcony with grill, a gated front yard, private parking, and generous space for up to 17 guests, just 15–20 minutes from Bremen city center The space Welcome to our spacious four-floor villa, ideal for large families and groups who want comfort, space, and some privacy while staying together. The house is divided into two main sections: - Lower two floors (vintage style) - Upper two floors (blue and white island style) Each section has its own fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, dining area, and bathroom(s). Each two-floor section also has its own private balcony with a table and seats to enjoy the view of the Weser. The two upper floors also have private balconies with outdoor seating (table and chairs).
