Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford. The space There is a large sitting room with two sofas (1 is a double sofa bed). It has fully equipped kitchen/dining room. There is a utility room with a machine and tumble dryer. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom. There is a also a dressing area/place to do hair and make up. The bathroom has a bath/shower and there is a second downstairs WC and basin. WiFi (fast broadband)is and there is desk for working on the mezzanine level, as well as space for a travel cot. Guest access Guests can access 5 acres of stunning gardens with five separate sitting areas. We have a lake, 2 ponds, lots of exotic herbaceous borders, an orchard, ancient listed stocks and the beautiful Walled Garden which includes 2 areas to sit and eat! There is also a private indoor swimming pool (which is open 1st April until end of September). Guests have use of a patio area outside the pool with sun beds. We also have a tennis court. For an extra charge there are alpaca experiences, hire of a Tudor barn and our grounds for photo shoots. Other things to note This is our sole Airbnb property. It sleeps up to 2 (we have a sofa bed for guests who sleep separately). We don’t allow children under 12 (accept for infants under the age of 1) who can be in addition to 2 other guests.
