Due to the good connection and the proximity to the nature of Remstal and Swabian Alb, the apartment is ideal for both leisure and business trips. The space The modern apartment combines style and comfort. The living and dining area has a cozy sofa corner with a sofa bed for two people and a practical bunk bed. Above the dining area there is a TV that is clearly visible from both the dining table and the sofa. The open kitchen is well equipped with induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator; dishwashing liquid, sponge and dish towel are available. In the bedroom, a king-size double bed ensures a good night's sleep. A wardrobe, iron, ironing board and clothes rack are available. If necessary, a baby cot and high chair can be provided. The brightly designed bathroom offers a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, hair dryer and a private sauna. Towels, sheets and soap are provided. The apartment is ideal for couples, families or small groups who value comfort and stylish ambience. Other things to note Sauna use: The private sauna is located in the apartment's bathroom and is for the exclusive use of the guests of the accommodation. Use is free of charge for 2 hours per day between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm. (From the third use, a flat fee of 15€ will be charged). Towels and sauna infusion are included. A short message the day before is sufficient to allow the sauna to be unlocked at the desired time.
