A delightful suite situated in the village of Pickburn. A great location within easy reach to all local motorways. Just 5 mins walk from Brodsworth Hall & many other great attractions. Your suite is brilliant for someone on business or someone wanting a little more space than B/B or Hotels with that home from home feeling. Newly-built house, decorated to a high standard with underfloor heating. Behind electric gates, Guest will be assured a warm welcome. The space Large luxurious room in traditional, newly-built house with very comfortable king bed, high quality count bedding and decorated to a high standard. Sky is included for your viewing on a 56” wall mounted TV. Large corridor with tea and coffee making facilities and fridge and microwave which leads to your private shower room/toilet, with separate external access. You have the added security of off the road private parking. Feel free to share the outside space with us. Why not choose to eat breakfast outside on the garden table and chairs, enjoy time in the sunshine. Alternatively there is a shaded seating area on a comfortable garden sofa for you to also enjoy should you so wish . Guest access You have your own external door to use to access the room, and a corridor leading to the shower room. The stairs up from the corridor lead to our part of the house and the door at the top will remain locked to maintain your privacy - we're happy to discuss more interaction with us as you'd prefer. We will only come in to refill fridge contents, collect dirty dishes etc and air damp towels but we are happy for you to contact us for advice on where to eat, visit etc . Please note that the electric gates will remain closed whilst you are home unless prior arrangements are made. This is for security. Just a quick message and we will open the gates for you. During your stay We can be fully available to help with lifts, advice on where to go, to share travel stories, or be in the background/not seen - it's up to you. Other things to note We are dog friendly, however we do ask that your dog does not go onto the bed as some guest may have allergy’s and for hygiene reasons he/she would need to sleep in their own bed or we can provide a dog crate if needed. You also need to be mindful of that ourselves or family could be opening the gate at any time Please do not let your dog run free without supervision in the garden for this reason and the gate opens out straight onto a road. Please note that there will be an additional charge of £8 per stay per dog . 🐶and you need to check k the garden for poo before you leave.
