Pforzheim-Würm Home in the countryside

In the immediate vicinity is the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences, ideal for students. The space In the house we live in on the 2nd floor, we offer a modern, light-flooded private room, 21 m² with an adjoining large terrace. Desk/workplace available. There is underfloor heating in the room, as well as in the bathroom. The bathroom is accessible via the hallway and is of course available for your exclusive use. In the room there is a silent mini fridge (38 l) for everyday needs. The bed is 1.40 m wide. Guest access Kitchen as well as washing machine & dryer are only available for a fee and by arrangement. We reserve the right to refuse use. During your stay I am available by email at any time. Other things to note An extremely spacious terrace awaits you, let yourself be surprised! 2 cats live with us in the house. We have a smoke-free zone throughout the house.
