Air-conditioning in all bedrooms ensures year-round comfort, while the elegant fireplace adds a cozy touch to winter getaways. Each of the five bedrooms offers a truly restful experience, featuring queen-size beds, hotel-grade linen, plush pillows and doonas, large wardrobes, and generous windows with blackout blinds. The master bedroom includes patio access, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite with a rain shower. A second bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is ready for any feast, complete with quality appliances and ample cookware. Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas—including three decked spaces—create perfect settings for memorable moments. With a laundry, dedicated workspace, and easy motorway access, beaches, cafés, and shops are just minutes away. Guest access You will have full private access to the property. Owners live in the acreage, away from your private area. Use of the manicured garden space for gatherings of guests staying at the property (outside of normal use) may incur additional fees. Other things to note • Check-in & Check-out - Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. - Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated depending on availability. Please note that fees may apply for approved early check-ins or late check-outs. Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures may also incur additional charges. • Events and Games on the Grass Area - Any events or organized games on the grass areas are subject to prior approval from the owner. If you are planning to use the space for such activities, please communicate your plans with us in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature and scale of the event. • Important Information About Our Water System - Our property does not use a septic system — we run on an eco-friendly ecosystem. Because of this, it is extremely important not to flush any sanitary items down the toilet, including baby wipes. These items will clog the system and the toilets. - We are also fortunate to have the luxury of beautiful rainwater, as we do not have access to town water.
