Guest access Guests have exclusive access to their own room with private bathroom. The dining room on the ground floor is available to everyone: in the morning for a buffet breakfast, served from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and during the day to relax or have a takeout meal in the evening. We ask that you consume meals and drinks (excluding water) only in the dining room — the bedrooms are designed for rest. The stay includes the Ticino Ticket, which you will automatically receive via email: free travel on public transport throughout Ticino for the entire duration of your stay, discounts on cable cars, boats, and major attractions — and free parking in municipal parking lots 200 meters from the house. However, it is possible to stop in front of the entrance for check-in and check-out, and move the car at your leisure once you have settled in. Self-check-in is via QR code—full instructions are sent by email before arrival. To receive them, it is important to provide us with your email address directly, as Airbnb does not share guests' personal contact details with hosts. Casa Piumogna does not have a private outdoor area, but a two-minute walk away is the public park of the Piumogna waterfall — lawns, pine forest, children's playground, barbecue area, tables, and a small bar for an aperitif.
