Apartment "Haus am Sonnenweg" (50 sqm) with kitchen The space Our 50 m² large and cozy apartment consists of anteroom incl. Kitchen. Here you will find a wardrobe stand and boot dryer right at the entrance. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner hob and extractor hood, dishwasher, plate grill or toaster, a combination hot air/grill/microwave and a large refrigerator with its own freezer and leaves nothing to be desired. Next to a kettle, milk frother, electric Citrus press also has a Matello capsule machine, Italian espresso maker, and thermo coffee maker. The separate toilet can be accessed from this room. In the living and dining room is the dining table (120 x 80 cm) with 4 chairs can be expanded to a length of 160 cm. The living area can be used as a single bed for children (80 x 200 and 80 x 150) or as a double bed (140 x 200). In this room is also the TV (SAT) equipped with an ORF HD card. From this room you can access both the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom consists of a washbasin with mirror cabinet and a shower (80 x 80 cm). The bedroom with king-size bed (180 x 200cm) invites you to dream! On two dressers and a spacious box you have plenty of space for your personal belongings.  In the spacious box you will find plenty of space for your clothes. In this room there is still room for an extra bed (on castors, 90 x 190) and/or a travel cot. We will gladly set up both for you if desired. Apartments are the ideal accommodation for families, especially from cities and "in times like this"! Enjoy your days in our cozy apartment in a sunny, ground-level location with a private entrance. You get your "own 50 m² -size(encounter-free) realm" in the middle of the green or the white, because with us the winter is still at home! And in summer, when the temperatures rise again into the unbearable, with us it is - especially at night - pleasantly cool to breathe and sleep through. The private meadow right at your doorstep is a playground for your children in summer and winter. (Admire the picture of Olaf! This beautiful snowman was built by our guests.) Here, even in winter, you can sit by a campfire or grill in the provided ball grill, have your meals or a drink or "chill" chill in the sun lounger overlooking the big and small otscher! Directly behind our house starts the hiking trail "Kesselgraben", which takes you to the stone ditch cross or further to the Ötscher stalactite cave, where you get a free guided tour during a stay in the period 1. 5 to 26. 10., because in these months the "Wilde Wunder Card" is included in our prices and offers you free admission to 50 attractions in the area such as, for example, a climb and descent on the Great Ötscher, entrance to the adventure world Mendlingtal, and much more. Even in winter, the "Haus am Sonnenweg" lives up to its name: But we are not only in a sunny position, here both the winter hiking trail and the Kesselgraben snowshoeing line start. The ski lift Eibenkogel as well as entrances to our 30 km long trail offer are in  about 250 m proximity to our house. A parking space for your car, free WiFi, TV, dishwasher and boot dryers provide extra comfort. We provide bedding, dishes and towels and shower towels and are included.
