The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with a TV, a sofa and a sliding partition separating the dining/living area - A fully-equipped kitchen, including a stand-up table, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room with shower and WC There are three bedrooms: - The Rouge Gorge room has a queen-size bed (160x200) - The Palombe room has a queen-size bed (160x200) - The Martin-Pêcheur room has two single beds (90x200) and an en-suite shower room with separate WC. For even greater comfort, the owners provide a barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A 25m² covered south-facing terrace with furniture - A 10m² terrace equipped with a west-facing bioclimatic pergola with benches and armchairs - A 10 x 5 m heated swimming pool, 2.80 m deep, open from May to the end of October.
