My place is close to family-friendly activities. My villa is perfect for families (with kids) or a group of friends. It is a 170 m2 wooden frame on a 927 m2 enclosed garden with a large living room overlooking covered terraces and the balneotherapy pool with its beach and its carbet, 4 bedrooms and a 20 m2 mezzanine... The space With its woven straw roof carbet, lush vegetation, many terraces and unique pool, you will experience a total change of scenery! Not to mention the calm, tranquility and breathtaking views of the green… Everything is planned to ensure you have a great stay (corner bathtub, BBQ and plancha, outdoor heating, solar shower, many sofas and aperitif corner depending on the weather and sunshine, insert fireplace, mezzanine with large sofa in front of the TV etc). We are committed to improving your comfort year after year. Guest access You have access to almost the entire house (except our 2 offices and garden and pool shelters). The automatic gate with remote control allows you to bring in 2 cars. The land is fenced and the pool is secured by barriers that you can remove if you wish. It is a villa with 1 floor with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, so ideal for 2 families with children. There is also 1 bathroom and 1 toilet on each floor. Other things to note A ping-pong table is at your disposal as well as games for your children. Sheets are not included, you can rent them on loclinge. There is a high chair, a baby bed and a changing mat. It is forbidden to recharge electric cars on the outlets of the house that are not suitable for this purpose. An electricity reading will be made at your check-in and compared to that of your check-out, and any excess compared to normal consumption will be charged at check-out, thank you for your understanding.
