The Farmhouse Barn

This converted stable/cow shed to a two bedroom cottage. In the back yard there is a large elevated deck to enjoy the view and relax in an outdoor hot tub. upgrading the property on a regular basis. This countryside accommodation is 5 minutes drive from Fethard Town where the chippers and Chinese do deliver to the property. 25/30 minutes drive to larger towns Clonmel, Cahir and Cashel . 45 minutes drive to Kilkenny and Waterford cities . The space This newly renovated pre 1840's barn has a unique setting in the Tipperary country side, with the original internal wall exposed and open plan living space. with the secure front yard of parking, through the front door you will find the custom made stair case to your left and the kitchen/dinning area to your right. up the stairs is the master bedroom with a double bed. underneath the master bed room you will find bedroom number 2 with a single bed that pulls out to a double bed that would quiet comfortably fit 2 adults. with the bathroom next door that has your basic toilet and sink with a walk in shower. Through the back door you will find the the large lawn on the left and the deck to your right. the deck has a lovely elevated view of the surrounding country side and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee with just the sound of the birds to listen to. in the evenings to enjoy a drink or to relax in the hot tube. If the weather is not being kind there is also a 43" 4k tv with Netflix. GOLF: We are situated in close proximity to numerous golf courses for those golf weekends away, the golf courses we close to are Slievenamon golf club, Callan golf club, Cahir park golf club, Thurles golf club, Clonmel golf club all within 30 minutes driving. We are constantly doing our best to upgrade the property for the better. so the pictures might not reflect what the property looks like. Some photos might be outdated and will be updating them as soon as we can. please read: The hot tub is a perk we provide. we do not charge extra for this perk. as of such it cannot be guaranteed for every guest. as cleaning and maintenance is a requirement for the hot tub and breakdowns do happen. if such arises and the hot tub is not available no refunds or cancellations will be accepted unless you are within our cancellation policy. Guest access the guests have access to the front yard to park any vehicles. the rear of the cottage with the large lawn and deck Other things to note my young family and i live adjacent to the cottage. please mail us if you would like use of the hot tub if you are booking between the winter months. please book with correct amount of persons staying. We dress the cottage to only accommodate the amount of persons booked in. Booking for 2 persons and arriving with more to avoid extra charges will not be tolerated. fines of 100% on top of the extra charges will be implemented as our cottage only comfortably accommodates 2 persons
