Luxurious contemporary designed holiday house with swimming pool and sauna located in an olive tree garden in Privlaka near Zadar. In this fully equipped two storey house, you will find a spacious living area with a pool table, a fully equiped kitchen, four bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms, two additional bathrooms and finnish bio sauna. Barbecue is situated outdoors next to the kitchen. A swimming pool surrounded by levender bushes will make your stay delightful and relaxing. The space The Villa Aria has 230m2 in total area. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a pool table and a fully equiped kitchen with a view to the swimming pool. There is also a bathroom to use. On the first floor are four bedrooms with a balcony, two which have ensuite bathrooms and a sauna. Our guests have access to 885m2 plot area surrounded by olive trees. Parking lot is situated in front of the villa, suitable for 4 vehicles. Swimming pool is on the other side where the private area is, with big terrace, sundeck area, outdoor shower, dining and barbecue. Guest access The guests can use entire house and the garden. They are alone in the villa.
