Inside, you can find a great variety of amenities, with individual reading lamps next to the bed and an adjusting hidden lighting on the ceiling that creates a relaxing atmosphere, excellent for you to enjoy your stay. A King size Cocomat brand bed 180x200m, with 3 layer mattress and 4 anatomic pillows will ensure the best sleeping experience. Smart 32′ LG TV, fast free WiFi, Balcony doors that could remain fully or partially opened – lean in order to allow fresh air flow. The penthouse is full A/C with a powerful Daikin unit. The kitchen has all kind of amenities and is fully equipped. There is a lounge chair and a small table for the laptop or any small device you might bring with you. The lounge chair is adjustable if needed, forming a single bed, 195×80, that can comfortably accommodate a 3rd person. A small stylish hand-made and designed dining table with 4 chairs is available in the kitchen. Smoke and CO detectors have been installed for safety reasons. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and we offer hand soap, shampoo and body soap for free. There will always be warm water which is produced by solar energy with appropriate panels and boilers. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood with mostly families living around.
