Recently refurbished, accommodation includes; Large bedroom with King-size bed, bathroom, Lounge, with TV, Kitchen dinner. The Annex has it's own entrance and parking for one car. Convenient for local tourist attractions - Dedham, Flatford, Lavenham, Suffolk Coastline, & Snape. Also excellent for business travelers. It is close to Ipswich and several large Wedding venues. The space The Garden Annex is the perfect rural get-away for up to two people, surrounded by beautiful Suffolk Countryside, but within easy access of the A12 and A14. The Annex has been recently refurbished to a high standard with everything you need to for a comfortable night away. All linen and towels are provided, along with basic kitchen essentials. The kitchen dinner has patio doors with views onto our cottage garden. There is a patio with table and chairs for you to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4 hob oven and grill, microwave, washing machine, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker. The Bedroom offers a King-size bed, blackout blinds and plenty of storage. The recently refurbished bathroom offers both a shower and a bath. Newly refurbished, the bathroom,has an electric shower over a bath. Towels are provided. Guest access The property is accessed via it’s own entrance at the side of our house. We have a key safe to allow you access even if we aren’t at home. Other things to note We welcome one pet - although they need to be supervised at all times and are not allowed to be left alone in the property.
