The space “Phezulu” is situated in Zinkwazi Beach on KwaZulu-Natal’s North coast, it is well equipped and excellently located with easy & close beach access via the main beach entrance. The location provides a peaceful environment in which to relax. Enjoy a cocktail in the Jacuzzi (One setting only: “Warm-ish”), or soak up the sun on the lawn. Guests can enjoy partial ocean views from the Jacuzzi which overlooks the front lawn. Located across the road from the beach, the house offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 5-bedroom holiday home. Phezulu offers, a lovely covered veranda, a lawn for kiddies and has braai facilities, DSTV, to stream from your own account and Wi-Fi is provided. Inside the house you will find well appointed, open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large spacious fridge/freezer, an oven and hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and all cutlery and crockery is supplied. One can drive right to the back door, once up the driveway there are no stairs to access the house nor inside the house for those who battle to walk. The driveway is steep. The house is secured by fencing/walls, gates, beams and armed response. There are 2 lock up garages and parking for more cars. Gas bottle & cooker with re-chargeable lights are provided for load-shedding times. Laundry facilities: washing machine and a tumble dryer. Serviced: Mon to Saturday, no Sundays or Public holidays. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: The house sleeps 9 guests, Max 7 adults and 2 children under 12. All linen, towels and beach towels are supplied. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built-in cupboards and hangers. 5 Bedrooms & 3, 1/2 bathrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are configured as follows: Main bedroom with King Size bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. 2nd Bedroom with Queen Size bed. 3rd Bedroom with 1 Single bed. 4th Bedroom with 1 bunk-bed, it has a toilet on-suite. 5th bedroom is found in the little flat behind the house, the flat has a private entrance, with double bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. Guest access One can walk anywhere in the village, but will need your own transport should you wish to leave the village. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: 1.
