Havre de Paix, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris

Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, in a large country house with fireplace, garden & BBQ area. A peaceful oasis 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris and Reims, 45 minutes from Euro Disney, Provins and the Parc des Félins in Nesle l'Ormeau. The house is large and welcoming. The space Feel at ease! The hamlet is quiet, the nights are soft and starry, without visual pollution. A real treat! The house is inhabited by the owner, Patricia, who makes two beautiful bedrooms (each with a double bed) available. Please note that Patricia only speaks French. Access to Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen, garden and picnic area or BBQ under the beautiful barn. However, please plan all the cooking ingredients you will need for your breakfast and possible meals (the nearest supermarket is 15 minutes by car). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and induction cooktop. There is a coffee maker for ground coffee and a coffee machine for Nespresso pods. Sheets, towels & blankets provided on site. The upstairs bathroom, as well as the toilet, will be reserved for you. You can lock your room if you wish. Washing machine & dryer access for a 5€ fee. Car required to access the house. There is no public transport this far. Enjoy the Petit Morin Valley in the Seine-et-Marnaise countryside, 1 hr 15 minutes from Paris, 45 minutes from Disneyland Paris, and 1 hr from the Champagne route to Reims. A stud farm is located 10 minutes away if you want to take beautiful horseback rides through the woods. We have a cat, who doesn't have access to the two rooms rented on Airbnb. Smoking is allowed on the ground floor, but not upstairs (both bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs). You will have no worries to park your vehicles in the hamlet, in complete safety (shelter possible for motorcycles). Guest access The floor (bedrooms, bathroom and toilet) is private for the duration of the stay. A large office space (free Wi-Fi) is available on the mezzanine. The ground floor (living rooms, kitchen and dining room) is shared. The garden and large barn with BBQ await you.
