Mountain view of La Sambuy La Clusaz / Le Grand Bornand: 40 min, Manigod: 30 min, (Crest Voland/Les Saisies) 30 min Lake Annecy is 10 minutes away, caves and waterfalls, hiking adventures, paragliding, canyoning, golf. Bike path NO CATS PLEASE DUE TO HEALTH REASONS. ONLY 1 MEDIUM-SIZED DOG THANK YOU The space Refurbished accommodation in a warm spirit with the omnipresence of brushed bleached wood and modern industrial-type elements Private furnished terrace (24 m2) with dining area and lounge area facing south and panoramic views of the mountains and large garden Guest access You can enjoy the tranquility of the garden in terms of the outdoors. I make the washing machine available in a laundry room that is shared by the cottage and my private area. Other things to note Unplanned visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
