Beautiful Normandy house, full of charm, quiet in the heart of the Normandy countryside. Located right next to Falaise (Calvados), 30 km from Caen and 40 minutes from Deauville, and in the heart of Suisse Normande. This house is characterized by its cozy atmosphere, with quiet and wooded outdoor spaces, warm interiors and neat decor. The house is perfectly equipped; it is perfect for families with children (all amenities are available for babies). The space On the ground floor, the accommodation includes a very nice living room with a usable fireplace, a large entrance, a dining room and a separate kitchen. On the first floor, the accommodation has 4 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, as well as 2 bathrooms. On the second floor are 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, configurable as a double bed, and a play area for children. Guest access The rental includes the privatization of the entire house and garden. The surroundings of the house allow parking for several cars without difficulty. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are available for rent, if you wish, for an amount of €10 per bed and per stay (to be paid upon arrival). Pets are welcome for a fee of €50 (to be paid upon arrival).
