House with private jetty on Neversdorfer Lake

Hi, we are Mona and Ralf. Together with our children, we live mostly in Berlin and warmly welcome you to our house, which we designed and built ourselves in 2009 with a great deal of attention to detail. We are very excited to share this special place with you. The space Your vacation home is located right on Lake Neversdorf – with private access to the water, a dock, and a rowboat. From the jetty, you can swim to the nearby swimming island or use the rowboat to explore the lake. The open-plan living areas are located on the garden level and form the heart of the house. Large window walls seamlessly connect the kitchen and dining area to the wooden porch. The living room opens through a panoramic sliding window onto the natural-stone terrace, which features a barbecue area and a direct view of the lake. The lovingly landscaped garden stretches over several levels down to the lakeshore. On the wooden porch, you can enjoy long al fresco meals, while the stone terrace invites you to spend quiet evenings by the water. Guest access Self check-in Other things to note All around Leezen, pure nature awaits you: waterfowl on the Leezener Au, native wildlife at the Eekholt Wildlife Park, and outdoor adventures in the Trappenkamp Adventure Forest. The Karl May plays in Bad Segeberg and the Holstentherme spa in Kaltenkirchen are popular places to visit. From here, Lübeck and Kiel can be reached in about 35 minutes, and Hamburg in about 45 minutes.
