Located between Toulouse (30mn) and Albi (30mn), close to Gaillac (15mn), with easy access (5mn) by the Pastel highway (A68 - exit 6 or 7), Pigeonnier d'En Barreau The owner's Toulousaine, is an authentic 19th century Gaillac pigeon house. Its 130m2 entirely renovated, in the middle of a park of 13. 000m2, accomodate 8 people in an optimal comfort. The Pigeonnier is bordered by a large wooden terrace, suitable for moments of conviviality and meal "plancha" outside. Behind the centenary cedars, you will find the swimming pool (for the exclusive use of the tenants) with its pergola, wooden terrace and pool-house. The 4 bedrooms each have a bathroom / shower and a toilet. The bedding, of quality hotel (memory), is modular: 2 beds 160 * 200 and 4 beds of 90 * 200 can be paired in 2 Queen size of 180 * 200. Two stays are distributed on each side of the equipped kitchen, each with its audio equipment, TV and Wi-Fi. A parking (4 places) is reserved for the tenants.
