Casa Pina is located in Nobiallo, the lake front hamlet just north of Menaggio. A lovely stone building that has been totally renovated in 2017, ready for guests and fitted out with top quality furnishings, fully equipped and very comfortable. The space From the centre of Nobiallo's pedestrian area you enter the property going up some steps to the private courtyard and portico. An outside sitting area is the perfect place to enjoy lake views and relaxing moments and the best spot to cool down in the evening. From the "outside living area" you enter directly into the open space living, dining, kitchen - one big room that assures family or friends time and socializing when preparing and enjoying meals. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare your Italian meals. A lovely lake view is to be had from the sitting area. Going up two steps take you to the bedrooms. To the front, with a small balcony and amazing lake view, the master bedroom. Very large and bright but with darkening shutters as to block off the sun that rises directly in front and will assure beautiful sun rises! Between the master bedroom and twin bedroom is the family bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and WC and washing machine. To the back of the house is the twin bedroom, very spacious with 2 single beds. The perfect situation for a family with 2 children but also offers space enough for 5 as the sofa is also a single bed. Unlimited WiFi and Italian digital tv top off the IT ammeniteis. Nobiallo is the lake front hamlet of Menaggio, famous for it's leaning church tower and lovely walk thru the antique pedestrian streets and old buildings that take you to the Santuario della Madonna and from there you can hike along the Antica Regina to San Siro, the next town going north. Beautiful views are to be had from most of the hamlet, a play ground a short walk away, public parking is less than 200mt away as Casa Pina is in the pedestrian area of town and can't be reached by car. 15 minutes walk from the centre of Menaggio, Lido, restaurants, supermarket and shops. Guest access You have full access to the apartment, only for your private use. Other things to note ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time is between 3 to 6pm. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance by email or via Air BnB message so we can arrange meet and greet services. If you do not advise us of a late arrival outside the stipulated hours of 3 to 6pm, we reserve the right to charge a €50 surcharge to cover late arrival costs, which will be deducted from your security deposit. Should you wish to arrive earlier than 3pm and your property is ready, we will be more than happy to conduct an earlier check in. Check out is prior to 10am. Please contact us if you require a later check out than 10am and we will do our very best to accommodate you. PASSPORT REGISTRATION We will request passports of everyone in your group on arrival for passport registration, this is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia. TOURIST TAX Please keep in mind that the municipality of Menaggio charges a daily tourist tax of €3 per person (children below 14 yrs of age are exempt) for the first 10 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH by LoveComo at check in. HEATING Heating is not included in your daily rate and will be charged at €10 per day and payable in cash at departure.
