Single-family house on the beach of Santa Maria di Capo Vaticano. Practically in a small square with pedestrian access only directly on the sea; on two levels, ground floor large kitchen living room with TV, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a small veranda; upper floor two bedrooms, another bathroom and balcony on the sea. The house has a modern kitchen equipped with all crockery; the beach in front of the house is free, nearby restaurants, markets and beaches for boat hire, beach umbrellas, pedal boats, canoes etc.
