Fosse Paddock Studios are 6 modern, clean, purpose built, self-contained ground studio apartments that contain a living area with sofa bed along with a fully equipped kitchen that leads onto a bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. These suits ideally suit 2 adults in the bedroom (couple) and upto two children on the sofa bed. There is free secure car parking for many cars covered by cctv. Lovely countryside views but not to far from Nottingham city centre, situated just off the A46 The space Each unit is capable of sleeping up to four guests, typically two adults in the bedroom and up to 2 children on the sofa bed in the sitting area. They are designed as self-catering accommodation. Fosse Paddock Studios is in a quiet, rural location close to the picturesque Vale of Belvoir and easily accessed from both the A52 and A46 roads and just outside the village of Cropwell Bishop, which has amenities. Adjacent to the studios is a filling station with a small shop, where provisions can be purchased. Within 2-3 miles are the towns of Cotgrave and Bingham, both of which have a variety of amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. The city of Nottingham is 7 miles away, which can be reached by bus from Cropwell Bishop, Bingham or Cotgrave and there is a Park & Ride facility at Shepherd’s Restaurant in Stragglethorpe , 3 miles away, with regular bus services into the city centre. Guest access Our outside space is still being developed to provide a bbq area and ample outside seating. Plenty of secure parking for your cars which is next to the studios. This is monitored 24hours by CCTV. Other things to note Our pricing structure is such to give the best quality of accommodation we can. Generous discounts are offered the longer you stay. Fresh linen is provided after 7 days. There is a charge of £15 for the sofa bed linen if needed. We do not offer a maid service at this time.
