Hot tub is an additional extra cost: £299 weekend Insta: @barnbotanica The space One large barn made up from 2 cottages, decorated in a botanical-style from August 2023, with insta-backdrops. One half of the barn has two king bedrooms and 3 sofa beds. The other has three king bedrooms and 4 sofa beds. One camp bed upstairs (Total sleeps 18 max) The properties connect via the NEW HOTHOUSE (heated glass room with banquet table and bar) Outside furniture and barbecues provided. Also a fire pit with 8 deckchairs. Parking for up to 4 cars at the property but more parking available about 100m away if required. *LUXURY HOT TUB* Grande, Wood-fuelled, fresh water, holds 10 people, jets and lights hot tub with LED’s, bubbles and no chemicals. This is an additional cost and well worth it* STAGS - Please note that the interior changes to suit each set of guests. Stags will experience a predominantly green tropical interior. DISCLAIMER- The interior contains objects and words which some guests may find offensive. The host will adapt interior to suit each guest’s preference. Guest access Barn, Hothouse, Garden areas, parking areas Other things to note Early check-in and late checkout available as additional extras - please enquire. Dogs welcome downstairs only. £10 per dog per night. We will provide a bed, blanket, towel, two dog bowls and a little treat! Please clean dog foul up. Dogs must be supervised in the property. No candles. No blue tak/tape/nails on walls for decorations please. There is a designated, purpose-built area outside for displays. Travel cot, high chair and children’s toys available upon request £5 each per day. BBQ’s and Fire Pits - Please clean after use. There is a dustpan and brush and a yellow bag for the ash. Lighter included. £10 Additional wood and fire lighters stored in red train carriage for your unlimited use. *Fire pit not to be used on the grass - it will burn the astro turf. Large ice bucket provided - just bring the ice along with you! Noise - We kindly ask for a reasonable level of noise up until midnight please. *If checkout instructions are not followed by you, you will be charged for the additional cleaning time required to complete these @ £20 per hour. Your security deposit will be kept if you do not close windows and lock the doors*
