Welcome to a bright and stylish apartment in the heart of Copenhagen’s vibrant Carlsberg Byen. Brand new as of March 2025, it combines modern Nordic design with quality furnishings to create a calm and inviting atmosphere. Steps from top bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and striking architecture. Just 5 min by train to Tivoli and central Copenhagen. This is my first time hosting, but I’ll make sure everything is in place for an absolutely amazing stay. The space The apartment is spacious and thoughtfully divided into: Kitchen & living room Master bedroom Bathroom Office Entrance Kitchen & living Room: Designed in a sleek, minimalist Nordic style and furnished with luxurious pieces from renowned Danish brands. The kitchen is fully equipped, including premium appliances, extra cooking gear, and a top-tier automatic espresso machine (with quality beans provided). A sunny south-facing balcony at the end of the room is perfect for your morning or evening coffee. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable second bed upon request. Master Bedroom: Enjoy restful nights in a Danish 7-layer king-size bed, paired with two sets of handmade curtains — one decorative, one blackout. Three spacious closets are available for your use, offering plenty of storage. Bathroom: Large and modern, featuring both a washer and dryer. Fresh towels are provided. Office: Ideal for work or leisure, with dual monitors ready to use via HDMI or USB-C. Two additional closets offer extra space for luggage or storage. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment and all its comforts. The space is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and a few thoughtful extras (see amenities) to make your visit even more enjoyable. You’ll have complete privacy, with support available if needed during your stay. Check-in is self-service with a secure key system. Other things to note This is a brand-new apartment (2025) designed for comfort and relaxation. Please treat the space and furnishings with care; the floors are new, so avoid scratches. Suitable for business or leisure travelers; the apartment includes a workspace with dual monitors.
