2 cosy, sunny rooms

Look forward to two great rooms (bed room + living room) with a sunny balcony at the first floor of our home. With the sofa bed in the living room up to 4 persons can be accomodated. We share the bath, but we will only ise the shower in your bath. Of course you can also use our well equipped kitchen and the dining room. A parking space is available in front of the house. Our house is in a very calm neighborhood, still the city center can easily be reached walking. The space The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a desk. In the bed room, apart from the bed, there are two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a full length mirror. There are shutters at all windows and there is a radiator in each room. The TV is in the living room. The rooms are about 17m² each. The washing machine and the iron can be used. We have no pets and are both non smoking. Guests are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. During your stay My husband Karl and myself are both working fulltime and will not be home from around 8am to 4pm on most working days. We are both available via phone / massenger if there are any questions. In case you arrive while we are not at home, we will make the key available to you in a lockbox (detailed information after booking). Other things to note Please note that according to Airbnb's terms and conditions, it is not permitted to book accommodations for other people unless they are accompanying you!
