With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is ideal for families, groups or friends. The bright and cozy living room invites you to relax, and the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for shared meals. The terrace on the first floor invites you to linger and offers a beautiful view of the Tyrolean mountains. The interior is carefully selected, with furniture with history and handmade ceramics. Fritzens is a quiet, charming place. The apartment offers an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing days or excursions in the area. Numerous ski and hiking areas can be reached in less than 1 hour. Innsbruck is only 20 km away. Fritzens has a modern, well-connected train station, which can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. For families: on request we are happy to provide a baby cot. Guest access The parking lot is located directly in front of the house. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a staircase. Other things to note Please note: In Tyrol there is a legal local tourist tax. This will be charged separately on site after check-in and is not included in the price.
