For sports equipment, there is a modern ski room and bicycle room, including a ski boot dryer, thanks to which dry and warm shoes await you every morning. There are also 4 charging stations for electric cars. The space Duplex Apartment No. 4 is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building and offers premium accommodation with a total area of 85 m² (915 sq. ft.). The apartment comes with its own parking space. On the lower floor, there is a private bathroom with a toilet, a uniquely designed room for up to 2 adults with a TV, a bedroom with a built-in closet, a TV, and a queen-size bed (160×200 cm), as well as a spacious living room with a TV and a luxuriously equipped kitchenette that will meet even the most discerning needs. On the upper floor, there is a children's playroom equipped with a TV, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a TV and a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), and a second bedroom with a TV and a twin-size bed (90 × 200 cm).
