Our sunshine on the Baltic Sea, tiled stove & tranquility

Sun, sun and even more sun – and that around the clock: The special thing about the Sonnenglück vacation home is the possibility to capture every ray of sunshine in the protected outdoor area. The heart of our vacation home is the tiled stove in the living area, which promises cozy comfort and relaxation. Perfect for an extensive family vacation or for couples/friends over a long weekend. The space In summer, you can catch the first rays of sunshine at breakfast on the terrace or enjoy the view with "sea in sight" up on the balcony. In the evening we often sit sheltered from the wind on the side of the house and enjoy the sunset. Cold winter evenings promise coziness and relaxation. The tiled stove keeps the house evenly warm, the firewood is included with us. All terraces offer a sheltered place to relax – all to yourselves. The large window in the living area provides a wonderful view over the fields and catches the sun in the evening. A small hallway leads to the living area with an integrated dining area. The kitchen is large and well equipped: stove, oven, microwave (can be found in the green living room cabinet), large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. From the hallway, you can also access the bathroom. This is rather "cozy," but has a spacious shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor. The two bedrooms are bright and cozy, offer storage space and have mosquito nets. From the bedroom to the sea side, you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can also enjoy a little time out on the balcony or on the additional sofa. Bedroom sea side: 160 x 200 Bedroom land side: 140x200 There are electric heaters in all rooms. However, the tiled stove also keeps the house warm and comfortable on its own. We can do without electric heaters. Small note: The house will be cold at first (depending on the season and weather), the tiled stove takes a few hours to reach its full heating power. For lighting, lighters are there, cones and wood scraps also work very well. For "frost bumps" we recommend a cuddly blanket and a hot water bottle for the start. With us, you can also book a linen package (linen and towels) for €20, or you can bring everything from home. Feel free to ask us about the details! Please always remember to bring kitchen towels! Other things to note We also use the house privately and hope that you can enjoy Süssau beach as much as we do. Not a year goes by without some embellishment/renewal. For example, we regularly check our electrical appliances in the kitchen and replace them if necessary. The house sleeps 4 people, is bright and friendly and is perfect for couples, families or small groups who value uncomplicated and cozy accommodation. ATTENTION: Electricity costs/the laundry package will be billed separately after departure. The meter reading must therefore be noted on arrival and departure. For starters, 1-2 rolls of toilet paper are always available. For a longer vacation, please bring your own toilet paper. Please note: The house is rather noisy. Especially if you are traveling with several people, it can sometimes get a bit louder. The Internet is also not particularly fast in the region – it is usually sufficient for emails and surfing, but the volume is often not sufficient for streaming and large amounts of data or home office. You can look forward to a relaxed atmosphere, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a beautiful environment to discover. Enjoy nature, take excursions in the area or just relax.
