The former school building was sustainably renovated in 2020 into an original accommodation with a wide variety of facilities, spaciously designed, located in a quiet, water and wooded area. Ideal meeting point for a multi-day meeting, team-building, training, or hot session. In good consultation, check-in is possible from 8 a.m. and check-out at 5 p.m. Meeting rooms and meeting rooms When realizing the accommodation, a lot of attention was paid to the routing and need of the different spaces. The result is a spacious location equipped with all modern facilities which makes the stay very comfortable. There are 4 flexible training and meeting and leisure areas, so there is always a suitable space for a workshop or partial assignments. Other things to note The holiday home is set on over half a hectare of private land! Lots of privacy and space in the house and around the house. De Witakker is located on recreation cluster "Mooi Gaasterland" this has advantages in terms of a lot of choice in restaurants and eateries. The adjacent plots are several houses, campsites, hotels and holiday houses, must be mindful of each other. The property is within the built-up area of Rijs, not a party location with music. Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., the night's sleep period applies, then it is quiet outside. Terrace (veranda) to be used until 10 pm (permit municipality - winter period).
