Spacious 32 sqm non-smoking apartment with private entrance in a quiet location, easily accessible via A 65 and B 10. The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert". The space The kitchenette has stove, oven, microwave, sink and refrigerator. Opposite the kitchenette, in a bay window, there is a dining area for two to three people. Right next to it there is a cozy sitting area with armchair and couch and a TV with satellite connection, which receives all public and large private channels. Under the TV is a small shelf with information about regional offers and some books that can be read. In the sleeping area there are two beds (200 x 90), which can be used as double or as two single beds. There is also a wardrobe. It is a non-smoking apartment with four large windows overlooking the garden and is therefore very bright in good weather. The garden in front of the window can also be used. In summer there is a small table with two chairs for a cozy breakfast or a cozy summer evening. You can also smoke in the garden. Guest access Since the apartment has its own entrance, you are undisturbed as a guest. You can get access to the laundry and drying room, which is also used by the neighbors, their guests and us. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee of currently 1.30€ per wash. Other things to note Our house is located in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Landau. The house itself is located in the 2nd row, so not directly on the street. The apartment is located at the bottom of the house; the staircase to the apartment is opposite the carport. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside. There is a garden table with two chairs, there can be smoked.
