Scenically set west coast summer cottage.

Summercottage beautifully situated on the west coast of Jutland, Holmslands klit, in the middle of dunes and moors app. 500 meters from the beach. In addition to bedrooms and bathrooms there are a small sauna, an open-plan kitchen and living-room with a small but well equiped kitchen - microwave, stove, oven, winecooler. Also access to a gasgrill, and 2 * coal grills (One portable). There are two wooden terraces situated east and west. The west terrace is fenced off with a wooden railing. The space The cottage is from the 80s, so it is not new and it does have some patina. However, it is quite cosy and in good functional condition. There are new floors in the bedrooms and a new woodburner. Outside there is an on-going renovation of some of the wooden work, which is why the price is reduced. It has only optical significance. There is also a spa which is NOT in use. The room may be used for storage and/or drying laundry. The TV is streaming-TV (Apple box - not cable/satellite) with access to Netflix, DR1, ARD and ZDF. There are plenty of opportunities for walks, hikes, horseback riding and bicycle rides (bring your own or rent one) in the area. Along the coast and the fjord there are also many opportunities for tourists with an interest in water sports. It is possible to take courses in windsurfing/kitesurfing etc. A car is a must. Nearest small grocery shop is 7,7 km away (Bjerregaard). Otherwise there are supermarkets in Hvide Sande (10 km) and Nørre Nebel (15 km). In Hvide Sande and Ringkøbing (25 km) there are several fish mongers and restaurants. Ringkøbing has a nice pedestrian street with shops, cafés and restaurants. In Nymindegab there is a delightful inn with a beautiful view (Nymindegab kro). We have an airbnb guidebook with various other attractions in the area. Finally, you should keep in mind that the weather along the west coast is quite changeable;-) Other things to note Check in is usually from 3 pm via lockbox. You are, however, always welcome to contact us if an earlier hour suits you better and we will try to manage. Duvets are available at the cottage, but we suggest that you bring your own linen and towels. If this is not possible bedding and towels can be supplied to a price of 15 euros/110 Dkr per person. We expect you to clean the house after your stay. The price does not include cleaning. This means that fridge and trash cans should be emptied, toilets cleaned, surfaces (tables and floors) in kitchen, bedrooms and living room cleaned, furniture (also on the terraces) put back as it was when you took over the house.
