Villa Appetite

Villa Appetite is a traditional stone house, respectfully renovated, in the picturesque and genuine fishermen Village Marmari in Evia Island. The house is situated 200 m from the seaside center of the village with resturants, supermarkets, cafes, bars and beaches within convinient walking distance. With its 6 beds (sleeps up to 10) it is the perfect choise for big families / groups of people that want to experience the pristine, unexploited nature and beaches of South Evia. The space Villa Appetite is sitiuated at the edge of the Marmari village still only 200 m away from the center/seaside. The area is very safe and peaceful. Sitting on the big balcony, or in the outside kitchen, when the sun goes down is pure magic! And you can touch the silence in the summer nights! Guest access You will have the whole house for your self: 1) a big, open loft floor of about 30 m2 with 2 double and 1 semidouble beds. Sleeping areas divided by curtains. Open space to ground floor kitchen. 2) ground floor 45 m2 with big inside kitchen with all facilities, one separate bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom with washing machine. Connection with a big balcony of 25 m2 with a fantastic seaview and sunsets. 3) separate guest bottom floor apartment (20 m2) with small bathroom and kitchen. Two single beds. In direct connection to (common) big (30 m2) outside kitchen. 4) Outside kitchen (30 m2) with big table that seats 10, BBQ, gas stove, fridge and herbs garden. Seaview. 5) 200 m2 Private garden with lawn and vegetables to consume (depending on season) and 2 outside showers. All living areas fully air conditioned and with WIFI. Other things to note Please observe that there is an new "Environmental Tax" on all accommodations in Greece from 1/1/2024. AND RAISED FROM 1/1/2025. For Villa Appetite it is 8,00 euro/night from April until October. We have to collect it from all tenants before they leave. We will issue and give you a recipt for this tax.
