Kick back and relax in this calm and curated 1000 s/f of living space. It offers 2 Queen size guest bedrooms, 3-PC bath, a fully equipped kitchen which is part of an open concept living room/dining room, with wood burning stove. Opens onto a large ground level deck where you can sit and enjoy the privacy of almost two acres of trees that surround you and the many birds that inhabit them. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit with your favorite beverage. The space From the deck you walk into the main living, dining and kitchen space which is one big room. We have provided coffee (Keurig), various teas, sugar, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper to get you started. After the kitchen and the first door (barn door) to the right is our first guest bedroom space. It has a queen size bed with four pillows, fitted/flat sheet, light blanket and feather duvet. This room has the most light as it is facing onto the deck space (but has window blinds and curtains for full privacy). It also has a chair and a dresser to store your items. Past the main living room and on the right hand side you will find out three piece bath (if you need a basin to wash your infant please give me enough notice to prepare before your arrival). You will have six towels, four hand towels and six facecloths. Shampoo/conditioner and bar soap is included. You will also find a few extras for your convenience in the wood bins under the sink, such as a hairdryer, disposable razors, band aids, cotton pads, laundry detergent, bounce sheets, stain remover and a few other incidentals and cotton pads/quetips in the glass jars on the shelf above the toilet. Past the bathroom you will be in the hall, you will find some books and games for use. The stairway leads upstairs to where we live, it is locked for your privacy and ours. There will be two doors in the hall area that will also be locked, a utility and storage room. Past the hall you will find the second bedroom, it also has a queen bed a with four pillows, fitted/flat sheet, light blanket and feather duvet, a full length mirror and closet with hangers to store your items. This is a slightly darker room...or I would prefer to say cool and cozy! Guest access Our driveway is a horseshoe shape and you will park at the second entrance. Other things to note To enter the apartment from the driveway you will head down a slight slope, across grass. NOT good for wheelchair access. You will go under the deck (which is our top deck) to the sliding glass door, where you will find a lock box with a key to enter.
