Nestled in nature, our cozy cabin is the perfect base for hiking adventures, relaxation and pure escapism! The space Escape to your romantic woodland tiny-house lodge, a dreamy hideaway set within 30 acres of private land with uninterrupted views of the Saddleworth Valley. Designed for couples or solo travellers seeking peace, privacy and a touch of magic, this cosy cabin feels like stepping into your own secret world especially as dusk falls around the woodland setting. Perfectly located near local pubs, local amenities, and reliable public transport, the lodge is the ultimate base for adventure. Wander straight onto the Pennine Way, explore National Trust Marsden, or simply lose yourselves in the miles of breathtaking trails that make this area a true hiking paradise. Inside, the lodge is warm, intimate and beautifully equipped: • Plush king bed with luxury mattress for the dreamiest sleep • Smart TV, DVD library, books & games for cosy nights in • 4G WiFi • Fully equipped kitchenette: hob, microwave, air fryer, toaster, cafetière, fridge, and all the essentials • Soft throws, warm lighting and everything you need for slow, peaceful evenings Out on the private deck, share a glass of wine by the fire pit, cook together on the BBQ, or curl up on the outdoor sofa while taking in sweeping valley views. It’s a perfect setting for stargazing, reconnecting, or simply doing nothing at all. Wildlife lovers will be enchanted by the pheasants, owls, hares, Red Kites and other woodland visitors. You might also meet our friendly farm animals — grazing sheep and our beautiful horses, who you’re welcome to say hello to (just ask!) Whether you’re celebrating something special or just craving a romantic countryside escape, this woodland lodge offers comfort, seclusion and stunning scenery — an unforgettable retreat for two. Guest access The garden area directly around the farmhouse is our family's private space and therefore not to be used by guests. However, guests are welcome to use the woods around the cabin, please feel free to ask me for some great walks nearby. Guests can park their vehicles by the main house, in our secure gated driveway covered by CCTV and security lighting. Other things to note WiFi is available but please be aware that it is 4g and not broadband. It’s plenty to stream movies well. We have a fire pit for your use.
