The detached holiday home has been largely newly furnished by us and is located in a family-friendly holiday park near the beach. It has a fireplace, very good wifi and a great terrace on the water. The space In the spacious living-dining room, you will find a beautiful peeled oak parquet, on which there is a new cozy corner sofa set in front of a warm, enclosed fireplace. Two smart TVs receive international TVs via satellite connection and thus also German TV and radio programs. An Apple TV Box is also available on both Smart TVs. Wi-Fi (100 Mbit line !!) is available throughout the house. The wifi is free. The kitchen is very well and fully equipped, you will find brand appliances such as a Miele dishwasher, Siemens ceramic hob, an oven and 2 coffee machines (Senseo with disposable fan holder and filter coffee machine in the storage room). Next to the kitchen counter is a white bo-concept table that seats up to 5 people. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with sufficient closets, blackout blinds and beds. The master bedroom is very large and spacious! Here, next to the existing desk, there is enough space for, for example, a travel cot. In the entrance area there is a spacious shower room with washing machine and toilet. The second bathroom (with bathtub and toilet) is located between the 2 bedrooms to the east side on the ground floor . Bedroom 1 is equipped with a 2 ,0m x 1.60 m double bed with 2 mattresses, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds each with 2 ,0m x 0.80 m mattresses. A narrow staircase leads to a chill gallery with 3 Velux roof window windows, which can be continuously darkened and opened with a radio remote. Here, a second smart TV with CD/DVD player is available and you enter the open 3rd bedroom ( 1 x 0.80 m x 1.87 m single bed), which is great for children due to the existing slope and has no door. The house (100 sqm) is located on a very spacious, approx. 620 sqm, southwest facing property, which leads to a small lake, allows a lot of privacy and is beautifully ingrown with trees and shrubs. On the spacious terrace there is a garden table with chairs for 6 people at your disposal as well as several garden loungers and a parasol. The garden is not visible from the street. In front of the house, there are 2 parking spaces framed by a rose bed. Other parking spaces are diagonally opposite on the other side of the street. The Summio holiday park has an excellent, mostly renewed infrastructure, which is particularly suitable for families and active vacationers: In addition to a clean swimming pool with giant slide and several children's animation programs, there is a restaurant, an ice cream parlor and a new Spar supermarket with rich offerings and daily fresh rolls at your disposal. In addition, the marina Port Greve with a beach restaurant is within walking distance, where you can take sailing and diving courses. In about 8 minutes by car you can reach the beach at Brouwersdam with its surf schools and beach restaurants. A children's travel cot and a high chair can be rented. There is a storage room on the terrace that can be opened with the front door key. The wooden shed is private and under the roof in the SZ the wall chamber is private. Other things to note The house has no child safety devices, but many sockets are at about 1 m height and the narrow stairs are quickly secured with a chair.
