Only registered guests included in the reservation may enter or stay in the guest suite unless approved by the host in advance. This private guest suite is attached to the main home but has its own separate entrance for a comfortable, independent stay. It includes a full-size bed in the bedroom, a full-size sofa bed in the living room, a full bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, and a cozy living space. The property is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and smoke free, ideal for short getaways, business stays, or visits to nearby attractions. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire guest suite, including the bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette, and dining area. Self check-in is available with a private door code sent before arrival. One assigned parking space is available in the back of the property on the left side of the garage. Additional street parking may be available nearby. Please note that the property does not include a designated outdoor guest area. Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property unless approved by the host in advance. Other things to note The guest suite is attached to the main home but has a private entrance and is fully separate for guest use. The interior connecting door inside the walk-in closet remains locked and blocked throughout every guest stay and is not used for access. The GuestSuite remains fully private. We maintain a quiet, family-friendly home and neighborhood, and kindly ask guests to respect the space and surrounding area. Parties, events, and smoking of any kind are not allowed. Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay in the suite or access the property unless approved by the host in advance.
