Furnished in a clear and bright Scandinavian style, the 40 m² apartment is located directly on the Sierksdorf Baltic Sea beach. It is located in the newly built and freshly furnished house "Flunder & Hering" in 2018 and offers space for up to four people for a relaxing holiday by the sea with a quiet terrace in the countryside. The space It is located in the house "Flunder & Hering" and offers space for up to four people for a relaxing, family-friendly vacation by the sea with a quiet terrace in the countryside. The Baltic Sea right outside the door The house is located in the first row – and thus directly on the Sierksdorf promenade and the fine sandy beach. In front of the house there is a wonderful view over the Bay of Lübeck and nearby seaside resorts such as Timmendorfer Strand or Scharbeutz. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest restaurant: In the Hof Sierksdorf, 100 meters away, holiday guests can dine during the day and in the evening. A short walk along the promenade (800 meters) will take you to bakeries, cafés and shops in Haffkrug. Living The apartment is equipped with a separate bedroom and an open kitchen/living room. In the bedroom there is a comfortable box spring double bed (1.60 m wide). In the living area, guests can also use a sofa bed (1.40 m wide – with mattress and slatted frame) for overnight stays – so that up to four people can sleep in the apartment. The kitchen-living room convinces with a refrigerator including freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and oven and thus leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A large window front facing the garden with a terrace in front offers seclusion and space for free development. The terrace area is equipped with a table, chairs and a parasol. A washing machine and dryer are also available for shared, free use. Entertainment In the living room there is a flat screen TV and a Wi-Fi connection. Design and style The apartment impresses with its new decor with clean lines in Scandinavian style. The 40 m² apartment is optimally divided for a holiday stay and invites families and friends to linger. Parking & bicycles Directly in front of the house is a private parking space per apartment as well as parking spaces for bicycles. Other things to note The mandatory tourist tax (for people aged 18 and over) is not included in the overnight price and will be charged separately. You are welcome to ask us about the prices in advance. The price range is between €1.55 - €3.50/night per person.
