Modern apartment near the subway

This large sunny first-floor apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three people. The separate fully equipped bedroom includes a single bed, a storage unit, and a large TV on the wall. The living room which is connected to an open kitchen contains a fold-out couch and another large TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen. The whole apartment is designed in a modern style which is nicely underlined by neutral colors. The space House rules - No smoking - Not suitable for pets - No parties or gatherings - Check-in must always take place after 15:00/check-out before 10:00 Guest access Parking around the apartment is free in blue and purple zones from Friday 8 PM until Monday 8 AM. Other than that I would recommend using P+R parking Ládví which is 400m away from the apartment. The price for one day of parking there is around 4EUR. Other things to note A modern spacious bathroom with a big shower, a toilet with a bidet, and also a large sink. Guests are welcome to use the shared spaces. The building also has an elevator. We will be happy to give you tips on where to safely store your luggage in Prague but unfortunately, we can’t store them for you after your check-out. We would like to inform you that there isn’t any free parking in the center of Prague.
