Please enjoy an irreplaceable stay in this private retreat surrounded by nature. Limited to one group per day, this vacation home sits on a hilltop in Takamori Town, Minami-Shinshu. Renovated in 2024, it features massive beams from a 400-year-old rice storehouse and offers views of the Southern Alps, sunrises, fireworks, a flowing river, and starry skies. ◆Capacity: 8guests ◆Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Check-out: by 11:00 AM ◆ Access: Car recommended The space The building is a single-story structure, and approximately 200㎡ of space is reserved exclusively for your private use. As this is a private vacation rental, meals are not provided. Please enjoy cooking at your leisure in the open kitchen overlooking a gently flowing stream, and feel free to bring your own ingredients. Bedrooms Two 8-tatami Japanese-style rooms One 4.5-tatami Japanese-style room Futons can be arranged for up to three guests in each 8-tatami room and up to two guests in the 4.5-tatami room. Kitchen IH cooktop (3 burners), convection microwave oven, rice cooker, espresso machine, sink, cutlery, tableware, pots, frying pans, knives, and cutting boards. Bathroom Unit bath with bathtub (reheating function available). Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, bath towels, and face towels are provided. Laundry Area Washing machine, clothes dryer, detergent, and fabric softener. Restrooms Two for women and two for men, with three washbasins. Other Amenities Bluetooth speaker, and air circulator. Please note that the irori hearth and wood-burning stove are not available for use in order to prevent fires and other accidents. They are for decorative purposes only. Guest access As this is a private accommodation limited to one group per day and rented as an entire property, guests are free to use the building and grounds at their leisure. However, please strictly refrain from entering nearby private residences, farmland, or surrounding properties. The attic accessible by ladder is not available for guest use for safety reasons. Other things to note ※Accommodation for guests under 18 years of age is not permitted, even with a parental consent form. ※The representative must be at least 30 years old. ◆ Entrance The entrance and parking area (up to 5 cars, free of charge) are located approximately 50 meters along the private access road from the public road. ◆ Wi-Fi Due to the mountain location, Wi-Fi speeds are as follows (measured on August 3, 2025; speeds may vary): Upload: 32.7 Mbps Download: 12.5 Mbps ◆ Consideration for Neighbors Although the property is located in a quiet natural setting, please be considerate of nearby residents. After 9:00 PM, outdoor dining, fireworks, and any activities that may disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited. Thank you for your understanding. ◆ Smoking All indoor areas are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking outside these areas, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed. ◆ Check-in / Check-out Options Early Check-in (Advance request required): Available from 2:00 PM with an additional fee of ¥5,000 per hour. Please note this may not be available depending on the cleaning schedule. Late Check-out (Advance request required): Extension available until 12:00 PM with an additional fee of ¥5,000 per hour. Luggage Storage Before Check-in (Advance request required): Luggage can be stored inside the room from 1:00 PM on the day of check-in. As cleaning may still be in progress, please keep valuables with you. Please be advised. ◆ Ingredients & Seasonings We do not provide any food ingredients. A small amount of individually packaged seasonings is available; however, we recommend that you bring your own if needed. ◆ Other Notes Guests may be charged for repair or replacement costs in the event of damage, soiling, or loss of furnishings or equipment. Guests with small children are kindly asked to take extra care. The property is surrounded by nature, and insects or small creatures may occasionally enter the premises.
