This cottage style home is comfortable and cosy and has a wonderful outdoor space. With a choice of places to be in the garden, you can watch the sun set over the fields (you might even spot a deer or two!), relax with a cool drink in the barbecue area, sit in the wooden seat in the wild meadow or you can pick herbs from the kitchen garden. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen with sit up island, a homely sitting room with electric fire, Smart television and dining table, and a family bathroom with bath and shower over, while the first floor has three bedrooms - two doubles and a single - and a shower room. In a quiet, rural location but with great access to gorgeous beaches and with the Norfolk Broads only a stone's throw away, Margaret's Cottage is an ideal family base for discovering this area of Norfolk. With lovely walks and nature spotting - butterflies and birds galore on your doorstep; plus a range of family tourist attractions only minutes away, the children will be fully entertained all holiday! Kitchen With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and sit up island with seating for two guests. Sitting and dining room With Smart television, electric living flame fire, and dining table with seating for five guests. Family bathroom With a bath with a shower over, wash basin and WC. First Floor: Master bedroom With a double bed and rural views. Bedroom two With a double bed. Bedroom three With a 3' single bed. Shower room With a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. Outside: Large garden (not enclosed) to the front, side and rear of the property with garden furniture and gas barbecue. There is parking for two cars on the gravel driveway in front of Margaret's Cottage. This driveway and parking area is shared with the next door property.
