Almost downtown Groningen you'll find the Korenschuur. A modern cozy apartment on the ground floor of an old warehouse. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has a shower and tub. The bedroom has an excellent new bed so it's easy to stay for some time. The space This apartment on the ground floor was completely renovated in 2013. The apartment is almost downtown, really close to the University and the UMCG (hospital) but also a 4/5 minute walk to the Grote Markt. The kitchen is the central area and you can find everything here. Besides a dishwasher, stove, fridge and oven there's also a washing machine, and a dryer. Always useful when traveling with young children. There's a coffeemaker with freshly ground beans. (first batch of beans are available in the apartment) You can also find a waterboiler and some tea and there's even a milk frother. Besides a shower there is also a bathtub. Everything you need to have a pleasant stay is available in the apartment. Wether you're here for business or pleasure, in the Korenschuur you'll feel at home and there is good Wifi. This apartment is on the ground floor and has a total of almost 60 square meters. The first bedroom has a real bed of 1,60 by 2,00 and the second bedroom has a good sleeping couch. The apartment is really comfortable for 2 persons for a longer period, maybe even with small children. Also available: a flatiron with board, vacuum cleaner, OJ squeezer, toaster, blender, lots of towels, extra pillows, extra bedlinnen. Guest access When you enter the apartment, you're in the kitchen. The kitchen is the middle of the apartment and around it you will find a toilet, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is also a living room if you rent it as a couple or alone. Since november 2015; the first bedroom has a real royal bed, the second bedroom has a good sleeping couch. Other things to note We live in a vibrant part of Groningen but our street is carfree. You have to park at parkeergarage Boterdiep which is close to the apartment. We live nextdoor so if you need anything or something is wrong, we're close!
