The villa is just 4 minutes drive to Ambelas Beach and 10 minutes drive to Naousa. The space The villa is semi-detached and arranged over two levels, offering comfortable, well-designed accommodation. Ground Level The ground level includes a living room and kitchen, offering a practical space for everyday living and dining. This level also features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. • One bedroom is furnished with two single beds. • The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. This level enjoys sea and pool views and has direct access to the outdoor area. Lower Level The lower level includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. • One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. • The second bedroom features a king-size bed and a built-in single sofa bed. This floor is naturally lit through external windows and does not have direct access to outdoor areas. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the villa, including all indoor spaces across all levels, a private entrance, the private garden with furnished seating and dining areas, the private plunge pool, and allocated parking space. The villa forms part of an exclusive collection of eight semi-detached private villas. Guests also have access to the shared outdoor facilities within the complex, including an outdoor infinity pool, a children’s pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a communal seating area. Other things to note Ambelas is a small seaside village offering a relaxed, authentic atmosphere. The village features an organised beach with sun loungers and umbrellas available to rent, along with two beachfront restaurants. There are also several traditional tavernas and restaurants with amazing sea views in the surrounding area, as well as a number of small beaches along the coastline to explore. The beaches and dining options are within a short drive of approximately five minutes, or for those who enjoy walking, a scenic coastal walk of around 15–20 minutes with views of the sea and the neighbouring island of Naxos. Many guests choose to rent a car or ATV during their stay, as this offers the most flexibility for exploring the island. Alternatively, transfer or taxi services are available, and we are happy to assist with arrangements if needed.
