Our approx. 60 sqm in-law is located on the 1st floor of our semi-detached house in the district of Lankow. The space Our guests have their own self-contained apartment. From the bathroom and bedroom, there is a view of the quiet countryside. For all sporty guests, we have a separate lockable room for bicycles. Please contact us - we will be happy to show you this room. The apartment is distributed over a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. All the rooms go from the hallway. The bathroom (with window) awaits its guests with a large shower. The living room offers a high-quality sofa bed (hotel quality with spring core mattress). From the bedroom and bathroom you can take a look at the expansive garden. The kitchen sleeps 4 people as well as a fully automatic coffee machine and dishwasher. Of course, the beds are already made upon arrival. Towel set per person as well as dish towel and basic supplies are available for you. Guest access Parking is available right in front of the fenced property. From the car to the front door, it's only 10m. ;) Other things to note PS. For your and our safety, we have installed a carbon monoxide detector in the boiler room as well as in the apartment. Since 2024, all overnight stays in Schwerin have been subject to a "bed tax" of 5% of the booking value. When leaving the apartment, we ask for the amount to be deposited in cash. Thank you.
