Apartment near the city with a view of the countryside

Our approx. 60 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our semi-detached house in the Lankow district. The space Our guests have their own self-contained apartment. From the bathroom and bedroom, there is a view of the quiet greenery. For all athletic guests, we have a separate lockable room for bicycles. Please contact us - we will be happy to show you this room. The apartment is spread over a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are off the hallway. The bathroom (with window) awaits its guests with a large shower. The living room offers a high-quality sofa bed (hotel quality with spring mattress). From the bedroom and bathroom you can take a look into the spacious garden. The kitchen sleeps 4 people and has a coffee machine and a dishwasher. Of course, the beds are already made up on arrival. A towel set per person as well as a dish towel and a basic set of consumables are available for you. Guest access Parking is available right in front of the fenced property. From the car to the front door it is only 10 m. ;) Other things to note P.S. For your and our safety, we have installed a carbon monoxide detector in the boiler room as well as in the apartment. Since 2024, all overnight stays in Schwerin have been subject to a "bed tax" of 5% of the booking value. When leaving the apartment, we ask you to deposit the amount in cash. Thank you.
