One bedroom with a double bed and a small work table for a PC, for example, the other bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Between the bedrooms there is a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. The first room consists of a large, bright room with high ceilings, 3 single beds and a brand new and lovely bathroom. If you want to rent linens and towels (1 large and one small), this can be rented for DKK 125 per person, payable in cash to the caretaker upon arrival. The caretaker's phone number will be sent after booking. Tea towels and dish towels are available in the house and are included in the rent. Private courtyard and "clotheslines" “Annie's House” has a rather unpretentious and charming courtyard with an almost Mediterranean atmosphere. There is a dining area for 8 people, a small lawn surrounded by beautiful plants and a favorite barbecue area in front of the small tavern in the backyard. For guests with dogs and cats and small children, the garden is fully fenced. In the planking at the end of the garden there is a gate that leads to a very special 200-year-old path system, also called "snorene", small narrow paths that "string" between the back gardens of the Marstal skipper houses and which gives an experience of entering the idyllic gardens. The "Snorene" were originally small access roads from the harbor to the city, and the small skipper houses were built with the back gardens along the paths. Guest access When you arrive at "Annie's house", you enter the small corridor by the trash cans. Here you will find the key box next to the back door. While unloading, you can park briefly on the narrow road just outside the house. Parking is recommended about 100 m away, at Østersøhjemmet, Gasværksvej 10 or possibly down by the harbor. Within walking distance of Annie's house is the harbor and beach and the whole Marstal center, pedestrian street with specialty stores, clothing stores, restaurants and cafes. At the end of the pedestrian street is the large Superbrugs with a rich selection! On Ærø there is a free bus, Jesper Bus, which runs between Ærøskøbing and Marstal. The 4 bicycles in "Annies hus" can be borrowed freely - for longer bike rides, however, we recommend renting bicycles at Hansen cykler, Vestergade 7. If you like water sports, you can rent kayaks and paddle boards at the beach on "Eriks hale". For children, there are two large attractive playgrounds at the marina as well as a larger lawn for ball games. Tourist riding: Ærø Rideklub offers year-round tourist riding in scenic areas.
