It is surrounded by shady trees next to a frog pond: On the ground floor it has a south-facing glazed Porch, with dining furniture and a bench, entrance to a room with kitchenette, fridge, vitro-ceramic hob, micro-oven, waves, sink, TV, Wifi, heating and air conditioning, two beds 90cm and a large bathroom. In the loft that is flown over the living room there are two beds.
