Grandpa's cottage

The cottage is renovated in 2025. It provides a terrace, garden, enclosed, fenced yard that offers privacy, barbecue, unpaid private parking, children's play area. For example, a trampoline, a children's slide. Free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace - ideal for evenings with a glass of wine or playing board games. There is a small chicken and rabbit farm on the property, which the owner feeds twice a day. The cottage is heated by a fireplace, which distributes heat to the radiators. The space The cottage is also very suitable for families with children, as there are plenty of outdoor and indoor games and toys, and a children's pool when the weather is nice. There is also a high chair, a potty, a crib on request, etc., for small children. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. The bedrooms are connected. Each bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room for a seventh guest. The living room also features a large dining table for up to 8 people, a wall unit with an LED TV and a fireplace stove that heats the entire cottage. There are also French doors leading to the terrace with seating, e.g., for your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped – dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine,... kitchen utensils. In the fall, I recommend a trip to the Pumpkin World in Nová Ves u Leštiny. Other things to note In cold weather, the cottage is heated upon arrival. From September, there is the option of renting a new hot tub for perfect relaxation under the open sky. Price for a hot tub - CZK 1,800. The price includes: filling with fresh water before arrival + wood for 2 days. The price for further use of the barrel is negotiable. The service is optional and is paid for on-site upon arrival.
