The Kalligraf House

We have lived in this house in the center of the village for a few years now. It corresponds to our idea of a warm, colorful and welcoming place, where nature has its place. It is a multi-story house, old but comfortable. When visiting the house, we particularly liked the small path between the ferns that leads to the garden. When you come back to the house, you see the church bell tower which is very close to the house. The space The house has 2 floors, with a fairly narrow staircase. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are spacious, and one smaller one with a single bed. Every room has an fan. The rather large bathroom has a bathtub and is located on the 2nd floor. The ground floor is very nice for 4 people; beyond that, there is less space. In the basement, accessible from the kitchen, is the laundry room. The kitchen opens directly onto a small terrace at the back of the house, where you can eat. To access the garden from the terrace, you have to take a small private path bordered by walls and ferns for about fifty meters. The garden is out of sight and has an above-ground pool (3.60 x 1.20), a plancha, and tables and garden furniture. PLEASE NOTE: This year, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept children of walking age. Guest access Entire place Other things to note The swimming pool does not have a safety system and is not visible from the house. We recommend that you be extremely vigilant: do not leave children alone in the garden, and close the door that gives access to the garden.
