2-bedroom Apartment Between Oslo & Drammen

Welcome to a furnished appartment in villa with it's own entrance, a livingroom with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bath. It is suitable for families, couples, friends or single travelers who want privacy and the possibility of self catering. The appartment can comfortably host 5 guests & max 7. Breakfast materials such as tea, coffee, oats, weetabix/cruesli/cornflakes are provided for our guests. Enjoy a stay with Wifi, satelite-TV, Vii &toys for kids. We try to ensure you a comfortable stay. The space The unit is located on the first floor of the house where the host lives. Quiet neighborhood but there can be some noise in the living room since we lives on the second floor. We do not have a dining table due to the small area, but we do have a dining nook with 2 bar stools and a center table with sofa & extra chairs. Hope you will be enjoying here. Laundry facilities are available at cost. The clothes can be given to the hosts for laundry, and you will recieve clean and dry clothes back. 350 NOK for one blue IKEA-bag (You can order laundry by sending us a message and we will do it for you) NB: It is not permitted to wash clothes in the bathroom. Guest access The guests will have the whole appartment on 55 square meters at their disposal. The appartment has three sleeping areas. Firstly, a bedroom with a queen size bed. The second room has a bunkbed with one single and one double bed and the third area is the livingroom with a sofa combed(double bed). Ektra guest must be clarified/paid via airbnb. In addition, we have a little sitting area outdoor in front of the appartment. Other things to note We have two accesses to our house: One from Rypeveien and another one from Solvangveien which is a new street and an easier approach to our house. Both of them are in our use. So do not be confused. If you arrive by car use Solvangveien to aproach the house. The car can be parked in the driveway. The appartment will be on the other side of the house, where the first door is to the appartment while the second door is to the main house. Breakfast: material such as tee, coffee, oats, weetabix/crusli/cornflackes are provided for breakfast. We provided fresh melk at first day only. In additoin, we sometimes serve warm waffles. Laundry facilities are available at cost. The clothes can be given to the hosts for laundry, and you will recieve clean and dry clothes back. 350 NOK for one blue IKEA-bag (You can order laundry by sending us a message and we will do it for you) NB: It is not permitted to wash clothes in the bathroom.
